It’s designed for individuals with reading and writing difficulties, aiding them by audibly reading text. Also, it’s beneficial for proofreading and language learning.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows (not compatible with Mac)
  • Microsoft Word 2007 or later
  • Synthetic computer voice (SAPI 4 or 5)

Usage:

  • Integrates into Microsoft Word under ‘Add-Ins’ tab
  • Start reading by selecting a text portion and pressing the corresponding toolbar button
